  1. Does your office accept Medicaid?                            No, we are not contracted with Medicaid.
  2. Does your office accept Medicare?                            Yes.
  3. Does your office accept Workman's Comp?             It depends. We are contracted with some carriers but not others.
  4. How do I find out if Dr Jennings is contracted?     That will be determined by the Human Resources Department at your place of work.
  5. Is Dr Jennings in network with my insurance?       It depends. See our Office Policies section regarding insurance-network details.
  6. Does your office accept self-pay methods?             Yes, our office accepts all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
  7. Does your office make payment arrangements?    No, unfortunately this practice has been abused to the point where it had to be discontinued.​      
  8. How do I refill my medications?                                Have your pharmacy fax our office a refill request. See our Office Policies section for refill details.
  9. Is there a no-show cancellation fee?                        No, but please notify the front office so that another patient may take your appointment time.
  10. What do I need to bring in for my first visit?          Picture ID, insurance card(s), a list of medications, recent diagnostic images, and payment method, 
  11. How long is the average wait time?                          As with most doctors' offices, we strive for punctuality but come prepared to wait.
  12. Does Dr Jennings perform surgery?                        Most orthopedic ones, but those he doesn't perform himself he refers to comparable physicians.
  13. Where does Dr Jennings perform surgery?            At Resolute hospital in New Braunfels.
  14. Does your office provide bracing?                            Yes, and we can order specialty/custom orthotics and post-operative durables as needed.
  15. Does Dr Jennings administer steroid injections?   Yes, Dr Jennings also performs epidural steroidal injections (ESI) on Wednesday afternoons.
  16. Does Dr Jennings administer vaccines?                   No, this includes the flu vaccine.
